10 2022 ANNUAL REPORT FY22 OVERVIEW GOVERNANCE Approvals and compliance Mining proposals and works approvals for KOTH were in place for the construction and commissioning of the new processing plant, TSFs and associated infrastructure that occurred during FY22. Routine monthly, quarterly and annual compliance monitoring, sampling and reporting have continued across the operations during the year with no issues to report. There were no fines or penalties imposed on the Company and no serious environmental incidents. Workshop sessions were completed based on a list of potential material topics. Based on these workshops the following list of potential material topics has been developed.
