Mr Dundo has been a non-executive director of Red 5 since March 2010 and Chairman since November 2013. He practises as a lawyer and specialises in commercial and corporate areas with experience in the mining sector, the service industry and the financial services industry. Mr Dundo is a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
Mr Williams has been a non-executive director of Red 5 since January 2014 and Managing Director since April 2014. He was previously General Manager of the Tampakan Copper-Gold Project in the southern Philippines from 2007 to 2013. Mr Williams has over 20 years of mining experience operating within a diverse range of open cut, underground, quarrying and civil engineering environments across the developed markets of Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand, as well as the emerging markets of Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and South Pacific.
Ms Sutton has been a non-executive director of Red 5 since November 2020. Ms Sutton is a qualified chemical engineer with over 25 years’ experience with Rio Tinto and ERA. Between 2013 and 2017, Ms Sutton was Chief Executive and Managing Director of ERA, then a Non-Executive Director from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, Ms Sutton had extensive executive and operational leadership roles across Rio Tinto. This experience included Head of Health, Environment, Safety and Security; General Manager Operations at the Bengalla Mine and General Manager of Infrastructure, Iron Ore. Her current board appointments include Infrastructure WA, ANSTO (Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation) and NAWO (National Association of Women in Operations).
Mr Macpherson has been a non-executive director of Red 5 since April 2014. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the provision of financial and corporate advisory services. He was a former partner at Arthur Anderson & Co managing a specialist practice providing corporate and financial advice to the mining industry. Mr Macpherson established Ord Partners in 1990 (later to become Ord Nexia) and has specialised in the area of corporate advice with particular emphasis on capital structuring, equity and debt raising and corporate affairs.
Mr Loosemore has been a non-executive director of Red 5 since December 2014. He is a geologist with over 40 years’ experience in multi-commodity exploration within Australia and overseas, having graduated from London University in 1970 and the Royal School of Mines in 1977. Mr Loosemore has previously been Managing Director of several mining companies including Hill Minerals NL, Carr Boyd Minerals Ltd, Brancote Australia NL and most recently Archipelago Resources Plc. He has also been a non-executive Director of Lynas Corporation Ltd and Elkedra Diamonds NL.
Mr Tombs has been a non-executive director of Red 5 since August 2018. He is a Mining Engineer with over 40 years’ experience in the mining industry in Australia and overseas. Mr Tombs graduated from Nottingham University in 1976 and was previously Red 5’s General Manager Operations at Darlot and the Underground Project Manager at Siana. Mr Tombs previously held Senior Management positions at AngloGold Ashanti, Placer Dome and Newcrest in the Eastern Goldfields.
Mr Greive is a qualified metallurgist with over 26 years’ international mining experience, including roles as General Manager Operations at Cowal Gold Mine and General Manager Technical Services with Evolution Mining, Chief Operating Officer at RTG Mining, Managing Director of Nexus Minerals and a diverse range of operational and corporate roles with Barrick Gold and Rio Tinto. Mr Greive has responsibility for executing Red 5’s operational and growth strategy at Darlot and King of the Hills.
Mr Dumpleton is a Geologist with 30+ years of international experience. His previous experience includes KCGM, Western Mining Corporation and Straits Resources.
Mr Duffy is a Chartered Accountant with previous international experience at Glencore and Xstrata, including Director Strategy & Performance of the US$7bn Koniambo Nickel Project, New Caledonia and CFO of the US$6bn Tampakan Copper and Gold Project, Philippines.
Mr Tasovac is a Chartered Accountant with previous international experience at BHP and Xstrata, including CFO of the US$5bn Las Bambas Copper Project, Peru and CFO of the Xstrata Copper South America Projects Division.
Mr King is an Engineer with extensive experience in project management encompassing engineering, design, procurement and construction of mineral processing plants and mine infrastructure in Africa, Indonesia and Australia. Mr King will be responsible for the construction of the King of the Hills Gold Project.
Mr Shadlow is a Mining Engineer with prior experience at Gold Fields and Xstrata. Mr Shadlow is responsible for the Darlot Operations, including the Darlot and King of the Hills underground mines.
Mr Pocknee has 25+ years of international operational experience with Mt Isa Mines and Xstrata. He was previously General Manager of the Siana Gold Mine, Philippines and is responsible for the King of the Hills Final Feasibility Study.
Mr Witt is a Metallurgist with 25 years’ experience at Gold Fields, Regis and Xstrata. Mr Witt is responsible for the Darlot Plant and King of the Hills plant design and development.
Mr Campagna is a CPA with over 25 years’ experience as Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Commercial Manager for listed companies.
